Maja Wolna Posters

Maja Wolna (born in 1980) is a graduate of the Graphics Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań (currently the University of Arts). At her alma mater, she obtained a doctorate and a postdoctoral degree. She teaches graphics at the Animation Department of the University of Arts. She creates posters, paints, draws and illustrates. She collaborates with many magazines. She designed posters for the Theater in Gdańsk. She is a laureate of many awards, she won the Gold Medal at the 22nd International Poster Biennale in Warsaw in the category: ideological poster. She is involved in social issues related to human rights. She participates in exhibitions in Poland and abroad. She creates new projects and is constantly looking for new forms of expression. She is the author of a series of expressive painting portraits.
